Most of you know that Silencer Shop became a distributor in August 2015 and kicked off the Powered By Silencer Shop program to partner with dealers across the country, making a one-stop shop for customers to research, buy, and register NFA items. Due to its ease and popularity, we’ve PAID OUT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to our PBSS dealers.
Since 2010, Silencer Shop has made acquiring suppressors a hassle-free and simple experience. Now, your business can leverage our catalog and expertise to grow your sales, simplify your business, and improve your customers’ buying experience. Whether selling directly from our inventory or taking advantage of the PBSS program, you’ll enjoy working with us. Some of the perks of our PBSS service include:

Sell directly from Silencer Shop’s Inventory Why carry thousands of dollars in suppressor inventory when you can sell directly from Silencer Shops? Using your Powered by Silencer Shop log in you can sell to your customer, in your store, and with a simple few steps have the suppressor ordered and assigned to the customer so that Silencer Shop does all the NFA paperwork! You set your retail price, we simply charge you dealer cost for the suppressor and the paperwork processing fee of $25 per suppressor. No more inventory collecting dust on your shelves. No more getting stuck with Generation 1 of a product that you can’t sell when Generation 2 product comes out. The process is simple, and helps you increase your profits while our staff becomes your ATF paperwork processing department.
How our Website Works
Tens of thousands of people visit our website EVERY DAY to browse and purchase silencers. Once a customer selects their product(s) they must choose from a list of transferring dealers. If you are selected as their dealer, we’ll file a Form 3 so their silencers are sent to your business. After the Form 3 is approved, we ship the NFA items with a check for the difference between dealer cost and your specified retail price. If you’re signed up in the Powered By Silencer Shop program, we’ll also file the Form 4 on your behalf (a $25 charge would be removed from the check you receive if this is the case). The ATF will send the approved Form 4 directly to you, and you can now dispose the item(s) per your state state/local laws. (Note: You do not charge a transfer fee, as this is a sale you made, not a transfer from another dealer.)
In addition, gathering the customer’s information can be completely undertaken by Silencer Shop. Our Silencer Shop mobile app allows for their photo be submitted directly to us for their Form 4 paperwork. Regarding fingerprints, they may be mailed to us on the standard FD-258 fingerprint card or submitted via our S.I.D. Kiosk platform. Either way, the customer’s records will be saved in our database for all future transactions. If applicable, the customer’s trust is needed, and Silencer Shop provides a DocuSign link to allow the customer to sign the trust and complete the process for ATF submission by us. Silencer Shop will even notify the appropriate CLEO – under the new 41F regulations – for your customers NFA purchases.
Assign SNs from Your Inventory to Customers
Let Silencer Shop process all of your Form 4s on your behalf. This includes SBR, SBS, AOW and Silencers whether we stock them or not. As a Powered by Silencer Shop dealer, you can use your SilencerShop.com dealer portal to assign serial numbers to your customers in just a few clicks:
- Items purchased from Silencer Shop will automatically be added to your “available inventory”
- You can also add serial numbers for items that you have in your inventory—regardless of where you bought them
- If you’re out—or don’t stock the item that your customer wants—you can also use serial numbers directly out of Silencer Shop’s inventory
S.I.D. Kiosk Dealer Benefits
Over 350 dealers across the country have our S.I.D.(Secure Identity Documentation) system available for customers to use. This allows customers to submit fingerprints digitally to Silencer Shop, as well as important registration information. Your customers can, but do not have to, use the S.I.D. system at these locations (Dealers may charge a small fee to the customer) or they can submit their manual fingerprints to us using the FD-258 Fingerprint cards available to dealers direct from the ATF. The S.I.D. kiosk is not necessary to utilize our services, but it is an option for customers who wish to use it. How Do You Get Set Up?
Some Powered By Silencer Shop program checklist items include:
- Please provide current copies of your FFL and SOT via email (preferred) or fax
- We will send you a couple of DocuSign documents: Delegated Person for Signature & Distributor Agreement, that you’ll need to digitally sign. DocuSign will send us the signed documents so that we can open your account.

Silencer Shop has introduced a tiered dealer rewards program to benefit dealers that use Silencer Shop as their one-stop-shop for all-things silencers. The concept is simple: the more silencers you buy from Silencer Shop - or that you sell out of our inventory - the more benefits you earn!
Silencer Shop Transfer Fees
Once you have reached Bronze, Silver, or Gold reward level, all Form 4’s submitted through Silencer
Shop for all serial numbers that originated at Silencer Shop will be charged the discounted transfer fee
based on your loyalty level.
This discount is applied to submittals generated by 3 different sources:
- You purchase a silencer from Silencer Shop for your inventory
- You sell through your Dealer Portal out of Silencer Shop inventory
- A customer purchased on-line a Silencer from Silencer Shop and selected you as their dealer
How to qualify
There are three ways to increase your Reward Total of silencers from Silencer Shop:
- Purchasing silencers through your dealer account for your own inventory
- Assigning a silencer to your customer through your Dealer Portal directly out of Silencer Shop inventory
- Customers who purchase a silencer from your Unique URL Your unique URL can be found at the top of your dealer account dashboard in red text
Example: You purchase 10 silencers through your dealer account today. You are now a Bronze level dealer. After the form 3 is approved you acquire these 10 serial numbers and sell through them. Once you're out, you can use the dealer portal to assign serial numbers directly to your customer – out of our inventory. If the next 15 silencers you sell are completed this way, you have just become a Silver level dealer.
Any combination of direct Silencer Shop purchases for your own inventory, sold through your unique URL as well as selling out of Silencer Shop inventory count towards your Reward Total as soon as they are paid in full.
Silencers purchased by customers from Silencer Shop (without using your unique URL) will receive the discount based on your Loyalty Level but will not contribute to advancement toward the next Loyalty Level.
Timeline
Loyalty levels are earned in a calendar year. Once you reach a benefit level, you will retain the status through that calendar year.
All Dealer Loyalty Rewards benefits start once the status level is achieved.
Note: Silencers must be paid for before counting toward your total
Silencer Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.Loyalty Level is based on purchases made beginning on 1/1/2019. Loyalty Benefits will begin the new program by February 2020.
Kiosk and Kiosk ownershipback to top

Kiosk Qualifications:
- You MUST be a Powered by Silencer Shop dealer
- You MUST have a traditional brick and mortar retail storefront
- You MUST have regular business hours
- You MUST have a strong internet connection
- We will need to get the attached Purchase Agreement signed and returned before delivery
Kiosk Pricing and Payment:
- The kiosks are $4,850 each
- This price includes delivery
- You can pay half up front, and half when it is ready to ship, or all of it up front if you like
- There are no other financing options available through Silencer Shop on the kiosk
Kiosk Support:
- Software support is provided by Silencer Shop on the S.I.D. software
- Hardware is warranted by the manufacturers
Advantages to a dealer with kiosk:
- Kiosk dealers have been very happy with the ease and convenience, not to mention the additional sales, that having a Silencer Shop SID Kiosk has brought them
- We offer Form 4 processing services for items you sell out of your inventory, including SBR, SBS, AOW, and Machine Guns. The fee to the dealer is $25 per Form 4 for this service
- Kiosk dealers are designated on our website by a blue fingerprint
- Many dealers report the extra traffic to their store results in new customers and extra sales beyond just the silencers
- You are not allowed to charge customers who are purchasing from you, via the Powered by Silencer Shop program, any fees for using the kiosk
- If the customer is not purchasing from you via the Powered by Silencer Shop program, you can charge up to $40 per person for using the kiosk

- The ESTIMATED delivery time for these will be some time in 4-5 months from now.
- We will be offering these for PRE-SALE until we get to 10 units
- The cabinet is made of steel
- The dimensions of the kiosk are 24”w X 20” d X 56” t
