SILENCER SHOP TRAINING
We have revolutionized the process of purchasing a silencer so that you do not have to worry about the details; we do. In addition to traditional distribution, we offer solutions that allow you to:
- File ALL your NFA paperwork through our dealer portal.
- Sell silencers to your customers directly out of our inventory OR your own.
- And much more!
Instructions before training
Here is what I will need you to do ahead of time:
- Reference the Silencer Shop Welcome Letter email that was previously sent to you. In that email there are instruction for getting logged into the dealer website https://dealer.silencershop.com/, please do that before our call.
- We will need to get a method of payment (see payment options) on file for you, so please also have CC or debit card info ready for our phone call as well.
- And for extra credit, the email also references the “Dealer Resources” page, where there are 7 YouTube videos, total time for all 7 is about 20 minutes. If you have time, please watch those, that way when we are going more in depth with that
info,
it will be something you have been exposed to once before, just to get you ahead of the curve. If you have any questions while checking out the videos, and/or if you would like to schedule a formal training call please continue reading below.
Scheduling Initial Training
My name is William Toohey , I am one of the Dealer Reps here at Silencer Shop, I specifically handle the onboarding training/retraining for our Dealer accounts
Training call takes between 45min and 1 hour. It will be over the phone, I will call you, and we will also need access to a computer during training so I can walk you through the portal.
The training I offer focuses on a general overview of what silencer shop does for you, as well as the dealer portal functions and tools, and our dealer rewards program.
Any of your employees who could be making the sale of a silencer/NFA item, would benefit from being in on this training.
We are open from 9-6 central time M-Fri, typically the earliest I schedule training in 10AM central.
